10/10 Disturbs the comforted and comforts the disturbed

This was amazing, beautiful, spare, and heartrending. The characters were distinct even though they shared the same body. I wanted to give Cassie a hug by the end of her tale. Artemisia came through fully realized as a seperate, supportive character.

Extremely well done and a powerful way to kick off Elgin Fringe 2026.

A beautifully performed piece about connecting with art across time and space, rediscovering the passion in your creative work, and trying to piece yourself back together in the wake of trauma. Georgie Svrcek is fantastic in this.

It was amazing 👏.

Stunning show and exquisitely performed. I wish I could see it again!

Georgie's writing and pacing were incredible, but her performance was absolutely gripping. She approached heavy subject matter with the grace and care needed and delivered a memorable entry to Fringe. Definitely go see La Pittura before you miss your chance!

Raw, moving and deftly performed. The actor does an exceptional job alternating tone and pace throughout her visceral, emotional journey - a real treat to behold - highly recommend!

This is a stunning solo show by a hugely talented performer, who covers difficult topics while seamlessly disappearing into different characters. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing and powerful show about survivorship. Svrcek's ability to create a character powers a deeply meaningful story.

A fabulous and emotionally challenging piece of therapeutic art. The character’s gradual unraveling is well-paced and runs emotionally deep.

Great show!
Hope to see you return next year
And a wow for your courage, attacking such a difficult topic.
Your openness is so much appreciated.

Amazing method acting and a chilling story!

History and Her story laid bare. An emotionally raw and riveting story shared by a rare talent. Must see!

Provocative. A well-crafted mature piece from such a young artist. I was taken by the range and depth of emotion and commitment within the piece and act displayed by the actor/writer. I hope to see more from this talented artist in her continuing journey.

What a fascinating show by a very talented actor and playwright. I loved the way the play wove history with intense and emotional storytelling. The characters in this solo show were distinct and compelling. Such an interesting premise. Highly recommend!

Hot dog! What a great show. Emotionally gripping, educational, just incredible. 10/10
