Tethered through translucent landlines and sad-girl message boards, Amy, a once thriving tween, turned perimenopausal femcel has lost all connection with herself. That is, until she is swept away in a whirlwind romance with a fantasy-maxxxed AI-companion. Created by a first time fringe artist, as an act of physical resistance, this work explores the tenuous nature of humanities’ ever deepening interdependence with technology, interrogating algorithmic intimacy and predatory corruption within commodified care. 100% Human -Made.
